Studio Wahoo is a multidiciplinary Designstudio located in Hannover, Germany. With a passion for diverse materials, textures and colors, coupled with a keen eye for detail, they craft a range of unique surfaces and objects. Throughout their process, the couple seeks out intriguing combinations and daring contrasts.
For instance, they transform wood—a conventional and traditional material—by incorporating vibrant terrazzo inlays, imbuing it with a modern yet folkloric allure. Additionally, they modernize the historic technique of casting terrazzo by employing a contemporary composite material, resulting in lighter and more colorful terrazzo surfaces.
All products by Studio Wahoo are casted and turned by hand in Hannover.
